Who We Are
Debrief is an Arizona-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit built for veterans and first responders who are ready to step away from the noise and get back to something real.
With Debrief, we host Western-style equine retreats rooted in horsemanship, hard work, and straight talk. No therapy offices, no spotlight - just open land, honest horses, and a crew that understands service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
Our retreats bring veterans together to ride, work cattle, share meals, and reconnect — with themselves. Horses don’t care about rank, titles, or past mistakes. They respond to presence, consistency, and dedication. That’s where the reset begins.
At Debrief, we believe strength isn’t something you lost, it’s something you carry. Sometimes you just need space to find it again.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide charitable equine-intervention services for veterans and first responders, enhancing mental health, emotional resilience, personal development, and overall quality of life through meaningful interactions with horses.
